he thinks OW2 should bring in more new events
designing them, he's referring to sid meyer's rule of thirds (1/3 new, 1/3 the same, 1/3 improved)

昨日の母校USC講演でのジェフのコメント続き。

OW2でのイベントスケジュールを再検討している。このことはみんなにも是非知ってもらいたい。いくつかのイベントはなくなる可能性もあり。

ジェフはOW2ではさらに新しいイベントを開催したいと考えている。市長が公約で使う「3分の1ルール」（新規：継続：改善）をもとにイベントを企画している。
