esportsのトップに君臨したMVPでリーグの顔でもある選手にとって、まだesportsシーンの存在しないゲームのためにシーズン途中でリーグを去るのは、至極もっともなことであるとMonteらしい皮肉の効いたコメント。

If you believe strongly in your mechanical abilities to aim and outplay your opponents, a game with more rigid fps mechanics that doesn’t randomly remove you from the game every other week is probably more appealing. I don’t think many players will follow suit in short term.

自分の経験以上のことは言えないが、反論を承知で敢えて言うと、選手たちはヒーローが毎週入れ替わりでBANされることで、その能力を最大限発揮してプレーすることがますます難しくなっていると感じているのではないだろうかと元ヒューストンGM。

もしエイムで相手を打ち負かせる強い自信がある選手なら、隔週でランダムにプレーできなくなるようなことがない、より厳格なFPSスキルが要求されるゲームに魅力を感じるかもしれないが、短期的には彼に追随する選手は多くないだろうとしている。

これまでOWに費やした時間が次のステップでも君を楽しませてくれるだろうと同じくOWLから別タイトルに転身したMendo。

SinatraaはOW出身の生粋のエイムゴッドでありValorantでの活躍にワクワクしていると今回の決断を後押ししている。

そういうMedoも最近はApexではなくValorantばかり配信しているが。
