追記3：ダラスがDecayを放出、同選手の練習拒否が原因か

ダラス・フューエルが🇰🇷Decay（韓国、ダメージ）リリースを発表。

契約満了を迎える今季終了を待たずに、Decay側のリクエストに応じる形でのリリースということだが¹、テキストのみの発表ということで、チーム内で何かしらの混乱があった可能性もある。

チームオーナーのHastr0によると、かねてからの噂にもあったように、Decayが今季終了まで契約を残していたにも関わらず、チームスタッフとの練習を拒んだことにより、最終的には放出という判断に至ったとのこと。

現時点ではDecayの去就については明らかにされていないものの、既に移籍期限は終了しているため、トレードが内定しているわけでなければシーズン終了まで無所属という可能性もある（もしくはValorantへの転向）。

また、ダラスの新選手補強についても、残されたメンバーのまま残りシーズンを戦うのか、既に発表待ちの新戦力を獲得しているのか、現時点では不明となっている。

昨シーズンオフのOgeとの大型トレードでダラスに加入した同選手は、成績の振るわないチームで孤軍奮闘してきたものの、Onigod加入以降は出場機会を減らし、2週間前のテキサスダービーが最後の試合となっている。

Ogeのツィートにもあるように、Decayが他チームでプレーすることを避けるため、ダラスがトレード期限終了を待って放出したのではないかと見られている。

Hastr0は意図的にデッドライン終了後にDecayを放出したわけではないと否定。本人の要望にできるかぎり早く応えただけで、自分がそのようなことをするはずがないことはOgeも分かっているだろうと疑念を払拭している。

ダラスの今後についてHastr0オーナーは、いくつかのメジャーな変更を予定しており、抜本的な改革を実行するとしていることから、今季残り試合もしくは来シーズンにかけて多くのニュースが飛び込んでくるのではないかと思われる。
