元ボストンのAxxiomがABEMA TV放映の『Heart Signal』というリアリティーショーに出演することが決定（写真左）。
韓国人気No.1恋愛番組を日本で初リメイクした“韓国男子×日本女子”のシェアハウス番組とのこと。
ボストンではほとんど出番のなかった同選手ですが、引退後はモデル事務所に所属するなど異色のキャリアを歩んでいます。

パリ・エターナルが今季2年目となるKaan（ドイツ、サポート）、Vestola（フィンランド、タンク）、Daan（オランダ、タンク）、Dridro（フランス、サポート）4名の退団を発表。すでに放出されたGlister、Nagaを含めると今季開幕時の選手全員を放出したことになります。
先日のヴァンクーバー戦で惨敗を喫したパリですが、Daanによると、選手らは試合前から解雇されることは知っていたそうです。

パリが新たに補強した選手はMalthel（DPS）、Krawi（タンク）、Rakattack（サポート）、Lukemino（サポート）の4名です。
Krawiを除く3名は今季前半のコンテンダーズNAを制したOdysseyのメンバーです。
パリは残留したWub、Dove含め全員が米国籍となりますが、来季はパリからラス・ヴェガスへ移転することが正式に発表されています。

パリから放出されたKaanは第一報のフロリダではなく、ロンドンへ加入する見込みとのこと。

ボストン・アップライジングがワシントン・ジャスティスのMag（韓国、タンク）獲得を発表。
昨季ワシントンに加入したMagは主力としてチームを支えてきましたが、コスト削減を進めるワシントンは、18日のトレード期限を前に全選手が放出対象と報じられていました。
新天地のボストンには現在PunkとItsalの2人のタンクが所属していますが、後者は2wayとしてアカデミーチームでプレーすることが明らかにされています。
Players CAN be picked up after the trade deadline on August 18th if they do not have an active Overwatch League contract by that point meaning the former Paris team members are eligible to play this season.

今季トレード期限は現地18日となっていますが、この時点でOWLとの契約を有しない選手は、期限以降もFA選手としてOWLチームとの契約が可能です。
また、コンテンダーズ所属選手もFAとして扱われるので残りシーズン中にOWL入りすることが可能となります。
