今回のhotfixでHellfire Amulet/Ringが作成しやすくなりました。T6以上であれば素材ドロップ率は100%になります。

The drop rate of Leoric’s Regret, Vial of Putridness, Idol of Terror, and Heart of Evil has been increased on Torment I and above, to a maximum of 100% on Torment VI (9/9)
(Leoric’s Regret, Vial of Putridness, Idol of Terror, and Heart of EvilはTorment I以上でのドロップレートが上昇しました。Torment VIでは100%になります。)
ただし、key wardenのドロップレートは変わらない模様。
