さきほど終了したEASTプレーインはスパークを倒して勝ち進んだフィラデルフィアがソウルを破りプレーオフ進出を決定。
既にダラス、アトランタ、上海、ハンターズはプレーオフが確定しており、残り2枠は明日のショック対トロントとヒューストン対ワシントンの勝者。
昨年グランドファイナルでショックと優勝を争ったソウルはこれにて今季終了。プレーオフ男のProfitもキャリアで初めてプレーオフ進出を逃している。
今日のソウル戦で信じ難いフリックをソンブラに叩き込むShockwaveアッシュ。ビザ問題でシーズンのほとんど棒に振ったものの、フィリーにとってはプレーオフに向けて心強い存在。

明日行われるプレーイン第2ラウンドでショックは対戦相手にトロントを指名。今日の試合でトロントはボストンをスウィープ。
同じく今日の試合ではワシントンもパリを3-0で降し、明日はヒューストンと対戦。
2試合を見た限りではラッシュ構成とボールDvaのダイブ構成が多く、レンジドのヒットスキャンはカウボーイが若干ピックされた程度。
尚、今日の放送からコカ・コーラのスポンサーロゴが復活。

プレーオフ進出が既に確定しているハンターズとドラゴンズは上海にあるBlizzardのスタジオに移動して試合を行うとのこと。
現在、ドラゴンズの所在地は本拠の上海ではなく広州にあるため移動することに。プレーオフの行方次第では両チームがオフラインで対決する可能性もあり。
フォトンバリアでバレッジ中のファラを爆殺するシンメトラ。バリアにヒットしたミサイルの爆風で自爆。これは狙ったものらしい。

最近までコンテンダーズEUのSheer ColdでプレーしていたAskingが推定3度目の引退。特に本人からコメントはなく、現在はLoLに嵌っているらしい。
一時はOWL入り直前までいきながら、チーム間の不敵際により契約目前で破談。才能はあったものの、運に恵まれない選手でした。

ボストンアカデミーのUprising Academyが元Gen. GのItsalとスパークでもプレーしていたQoQの韓国人タンクコンビを獲得。
チームは先日、AdamとDankのOZコンビ2人を放出しており、これでフルKRロスターに回帰。再びコンテンダーズKRに参戦するのかは現時点では不明。
