D3開発チームでも一番ユーザー目線に近かったJohn YangがWoWの開発チームに移ったとのこと。しかも、既に数ヶ月前には異動になっていたらしい。WoWでは拡張版のLegionでレジェンダリアイテムのデザインしてるんだそうな。
D3でもこの人が中心でレジェンダリアイテムのデザインを担当してましたねそういえば。

さらに、これと時を同じくして、D3のワールドデザイナーでもあるLeonard Boyarsky氏（鰤入社前はFalloutシリーズのアートディレクターも務めていた人物で、レジェンダリジェムのBoyarsky’s Chipの元ネタ）が10年間在籍したブリザードを退社して、Pillars of EternityのObsidian Entertainmentに移籍したことが明らかになっています。
