毎度のことですが、うまいまとめ方がわからないので、いつものように箇条書きで経緯を説明していきます。

いっぽうでLumericoのサイトでは前回のARGで明らかになったhttps://lumerico.mx/omnics.txtがアップデートされる。このページはオムニックにあてたメッセージが書かれている。

Tzolk’inはマヤ文明において使われていたツォルキン暦のこと。マヤ文明はメキシコを含む中南米に存在した古代文明。
二行目はツォルキン暦における暦を象徴するシンボル名を羅列している（GameDetectivesによると動物らしいが詳細不明）。
追記：Imixは同暦でDay 1を意味し、同様にChikchanは5、Manikは7、Kimiは 6を意味する。
上に書かれたシンボル暦を数字になおすと、”1 57 1 51 51 7 5 1 6 5 5 6 51 51 56″。さらにこの数字をマヤ数字であらわすとモールス符号とよく似たピクトグラムに変換できる。
“1 57 1 51 51 7 5 1 6 5 5 6 51 51 56″をピクトグラムにして繋げると以下のようなモールス信号になる。

そしてこの信号をデコードすると”EXECUTEATTACK”というテキストになる。

上記2パターンある英訳文を適当にまぜて訳す。
時は来た。これらのメールはProteroの真実を暴き、反乱がはじまったことを伝え、そしてメキシコの人々に我々の大義への支持を確信させるものだ。戦いの機は熟している。馬鹿げた就任式を乗っ取り大規模な反乱へと変えるのだ。君にやってもらいたいことがひとつある： 警備担当主任のメールへのアクセスを手に入れて、襲撃に役立つ情報を探してくれ。主任はPortero会長とすぐに連絡を取るかもしれない。彼のパスワードをd0r*NuLw9に変えておいた。 d0r*NuLw9
警備主任の名前である”MJimenez”をアカウントに、”d0r*NuLw9″をパスワードにしてログインし右上のADMINから下のような画面に入れる。
現時点でこのパネルデータに意味があるのかは不明で、さらに画面下ではコマンドプロンプトを入力することもできる。
ただし、現時点では入力できるコマンドは不明。
またこの担当のメール欄には20:00に訓練警報を鳴らすという趣旨のメールも確認されている。これが何かに関係しているのかは不明。
さらにARGとは直接関係ないと思われるが、オーバーウォッチのロア的にとても興味深いメールがPortero会長宛に届いている。
このメールはスペイン語ではなく英語、つまり外国人からのメールだと思われる。

Of course there will be a lot of discussion and communication in the coming days, but I am optimistic that we can reach a mutually beneficial understanding.

会長ページにログインしてこのメールを確認するとわかりますが（パスは前回のARGを参照）、差出人のSanjayというのはSanjay Korpalという人物の名前で、シンメトラが所属しているVishkar社のエージェントです。このメールからLumériCOとVishkarが裏で何かしらの取引をしていたことが分かります。Vishkar社はリオの再開発を手がけている多国籍企業で、設定上彼らはリオの市民を搾取したことで蜂起したルシオによりリオから排除されます（した）。

このことからもソンブラ一連のARGはもしかしたら現在進行形ではなく、過去の出来事を追体験したものである可能性もあります。
コレ書いてる時点でわかったのはここまで。他に進展があれば追記しておきます。
ARGとは別にソンブラの声優らしきBBA女性のデータベースがポストされています。
フランス語と思われるデータベースにはソンブラ役がEmmanuelle Rivièreという女優さんであることを示すデータが記載されています。
フランス人らしいので、英語版では他の声優がソンブラを演じているものと思われます。
